WORKSHOP FAQ:
Is experience required for this workshop?
No previous experience is needed! Just be ready to learn, have fun, and try something new!
Who is this workshop for?
Our classes are designed for ages 16 and older, but children ages 13-15 are also welcome in the company of an adult. Please be sure to reserve a spot for both of you! And we're sorry, but we can not accommodate children under 13.
What is your cancellation policy?
All workshops are prepaid at the time of registration and all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Due to the demands of our workshops, they are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason. We take a lot of time and effort to prepare for our workshops to ensure we have enough resources to provide a great experience. In the event you have someone who would like to take the workshop in your place, let us know within 24 hours and we will happily honor them taking the class in your place. If you are unable to find someone to take your place, we will put aside your personal workshop materials for you to pick up anytime during our open hours for the following week.
What can I expect the day of the workshop?
Our shop opens 15 minutes before the class start time. We encourage you to come early so you'll have time to sign in, get settled and browse the store before we begin and get a drink and some snacks. All materials you'll need for the workshop will be provided (unless specifically stated in the workshop listing), so all you have to do is come ready to learn and have fun!
Late Arrivals:
Please note that out of respect and consideration for all guests’ and staff, all workshop sessions begin promptly at the posted start time. If a guest is unable to arrive on time, best efforts will be made to accommodate their late arrival, however our staff and management reserve the right to postpone their participation until a future workshop session, without question, due to the safety and comfort of the other guests.
