Who is this workshop for?

What is your cancellation policy?
All workshops are prepaid at the time of registration and all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Due to the demands of our workshops, they are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason. We take a lot of time and effort to prepare for our workshops to ensure we have enough resources to provide a great experience. In the event you have someone who would like to take the workshop in your place, let us know within 24 hours and we will happily honor them taking the class in your place. If you are unable to find someone to take your place, we will put aside your personal workshop materials for you to pick up anytime during our open hours for the following week.
What can I expect the day of the workshop?
Our shop opens 15 minutes before the class start time. We encourage you to come early so you'll have time to sign in, get settled and browse the store before we begin and get a drink and some snacks. Please note that out of respect and consideration for all guests’ and staff, all workshop sessions begin promptly at the posted start time. If a guest is unable to arrive on time, best efforts will be made to accommodate their late arrival, however our staff and management reserve the right to postpone their participation until a future workshop session, without question, due to the safety and comfort of the other guests.
Please note our Workshop Cancellation Policy: If for some reason our management deems it necessary to cancel or reschedule a workshop session due to hazardous weather or some other unforeseen matter, all our registered guests will be notified as early as possible via text message and/or email. Any workshop session that is cancelled, will be rescheduled for a future date or compensated in some other manner to be determined by management.
