The Family Room is officially one year old and we had such a special birthday weekend! THANK YOU to everyone who came to wish us well and celebrated with us, near & far.
We celebrated with new cupcakes and tasty treats, new swag bags with our logo, and the best weather! It was a FULL and FUN weekend.
We’d like to say a special thank you to the Mayor of Laytonsville, Jim Ruspi, who issued a special proclamation for the Town of Laytonsville in celebration of our store and the impact it has made on our community in the last year.
In the words of Mayor Jim, “The Family Room should be named The Magic Kingdom, because it’s filled with laughter and happiness”. If you know us, you know that’s the highest compliment we could ever receive!! But we’ll have to ask Walt about a name change. For now, we'll just call it our happy place.
Thank you again to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us and cheered us on this year! It’s been a magical adventure and we can’t wait for all that’s in store in the years to come!
